How do video meetings work?
Custard includes built-in video meeting rooms. When a prospect books an interview, a private meeting room is created automatically and the join link is sent to both of you - no third-party video account needed.
How does the prospect search work?
Our AI-powered search finds real companies matching your target segment, then discovers verified business email contacts at those companies. Only contacts with verified emails are added to your lists.
How do I schedule interviews with prospects?
Set up your availability in Settings, then share your booking link with prospects. They can select a time slot, and both parties receive confirmation emails with the meeting link.
Is my research data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Your research data is private to your account and not shared with other users.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@mira-insight.com to request account deletion. We will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
